5.5MM PEDICLE SCREWS FOR THORACOLUMBAR FIXATION SYSTEM (Dual Thread)

Product Overview

5.5MM Dual Thread Pedicle Screws are engineered to deliver superior fixation strength and stability in thoracolumbar spinal procedures. Designed with advanced features to optimize bone engagement, these pedicle screws are ideal for surgeons seeking precision, performance, and compatibility with modern 5.5mm rod systems.

Mono Axial Screw Dual Thread

Monoaxial screws have long been used as construct anchors in the lumbar spine. Over the past decade, they have been used with increasing frequency in the thoracic spine particularly at the apex of scoliotic curves. Despite the non-pivoting shank, the Monoaxial screw head offers a lower profile and rigid design which surgeons can use to facilitate vertebral body derotation maneuvers.

Code No.: A2701-Dia.-Size

Ø 4.5mm
Size : 20mm to 60mm (5mm Variation)

Ø 5.5mm
Size : 30mm to 70mm (5mm Variation)

Ø 6.5mm
Size : 30mm to 70mm (5mm Variation)

Ø 7.5mm
Size : 30mm to 100mm (5mm Variation)

Poly Axial Screw Dual Thread

The Polyaxial screw is considered the “workhorse” of the Spine System. Polyaxial screws are used across all levels of the thoracic and lumbar spine, particularly where anatomical constraints dictate the trajectory of the pedicle screw. This trajectory can be achieved using Polyaxial Screws, without sacrificing the ability to align the screw head and rod for final closure.

Code No.: A2702-Dia.-Size

Ø 4.5mm
Size : 20mm to 70mm (5mm Variation)

Ø 5.5mm
Size : 30mm to 70mm (5mm Variation)

Ø 6.5mm

Ø 7.5mm
Size : 30mm to 100mm (5mm Variation)

UNI Planar Screw Dual Thread

The unique UNI Planar Screw design is fast becoming the preferred anchoring screw for the use in complex scoliotic deformities. Combining the rod-alignment capabilities of a polyaxial screw with the vertebral body control of a Monoaxial screw. The Uniplanar screw is changing the way surgeons facilitate global correction of complex spinal deformities.

FEATURES BENEFIT
Cephalad/Caudal Plane Angulations Allows for secure mating to the rod despite the screw trajectory.
Medial/Lateral Plane Rigidity Allows for direct vertebral body derotation and control, much like Monoaxial Screws.
Code No.: A2744-Dia.-Size

Ø 4.5mm
Size : 20mm to 60mm (5mm Variation)

Ø 5.5mm
Size : 30mm to 60mm (5mm Variation)

Ø 6.5mm
Size : 30mm to 60mm (5mm Variation)

Mono Reduction Screw Dual Thread

The Double-lead thread design provides secure anchorage in the bone and fast screw insertion.

Different screw sizes with different colors for easy identifying during operation.

Saddle locking block with serrated thread increase contact area, enhance the holding force between rod and screw and minimize the cross threading.

Code No.: A2703-Dia.-Size

Ø 4.5mm
Size : 18mm to 20mm
Size : 20mm to 50mm (5mm Variation)

Ø 5.5mm

Ø 6.5mm
Size : 30mm to 60mm (5mm Variation)

Ø 7.5mm
Size : 30mm to 60mm (5mm Variation)

Poly reduction Screw Dual Thread

The maximal angle of polyaxial pedicle is 50°, facilitating the placement of pedicle screw and rod.

The Spherical head of the screw body provides better angular stability and friction force.

Provide Screws with large diameter for sacroiliac reduction and internal fixation.

Poly Axial Screw Cannnulated - Fenestrated

The Fenestrated Cannulated Dual Thread Screw offers the opportunity to reduce overall metal mass and profile and provide surgeon choice without compromising implant integrity.

These screws are used to correct deformities, and/or treat trauma. The screws may also be used to immobilize parts of the spine (T1-L5) to assist fusion by holding bony structures together.

These fenestrations near the distal tip of the screw provides a controlled means to deliver a small amount of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) bone cement into a targeted vertebral body.

Benefits

The Fenestrated Cannulated Dual Thread Screw is designed with double thread, the upper thread is made finer to engage with bone more effectively and resist the backing out of the screw. Similarly, the lower thread is made coarser to engage more with the pedicle and prevent the pull-out of the screw.

The screw tip is so optimized that it acts as both self tapping and self centering during the insertion.

Cannulation provided in the screw allows the injection of bone cement through it.

Code No.: A2749-Dia.-Size

Ø 5.5mm
Size : 25mm to 55mm (5mm Variation)

Ø 6.5mm
Size : 25mm to 55mm (5mm Variation)

Ø 7.5mm
